We are not a law firm. We are professional consultants working, as agents, on behalf of copyright owners. We do not manage affiliate terms of service. Issues such as video durations, on affiliate sites, are not piracy - rather they represent affiliate policies. In order to qualify for tube site monitoring, your videos must be stamped with an identifiable url or studio logo. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.

Privacy Policy

RYC's server automatically records information when you visit our website or signup for one of our services, including the URL, IP address, browser type and language, and the date and time of your request. We respect your complete privacy and will never disclose any personal/business information to any party outside our operations. Additionally, you may signup for our service completely anonymous to public recourse.

Law Enforcement

We work with local, state, federal and international law enforcement agencies to investigate and prosecute those involved in serious internet piracy infringement cases. Law enforcement will mandatorily become involved in any illegal media for profit operations such as Dvd bootlegging or mailed counterfeiting distribution rings.

Criminal copyright infringement, including infringement without monetary gain, is investigated by the FBI and is punishable by up to 5 years in federal prison and a fine of $250,000.
